Shipping Policy

We use USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items are processed and shipped out in 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays and/or bad weather. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays. 

 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. 

 

Express Shipping:

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 5:00PM EST and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, the order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00PM EST will ship out next business day and received the day after that.

Tracking Information:

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Crown On Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
