In-Store Pick-Up Policy

We offer in-store pick-up for local residents who want to pick up their items. Items eligible for in-store pick-up on the same day must be purchased by 12:00PM EST. Items will be available for pick-up by 1:00PM until 6:00PM EST Monday - Friday. 

 

Orders placed on Saturdays must be placed before 12:00PM EST and will be available for pick-up by 1:00PM until 5:00PM EST. Orders placed throughout the weekend for pick-up will not be available until Monday after 1:00PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at CrownOnBoutique@Gmail.Com and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick-up.

 

Requirement For In-Store Pick-Up

1: Driver’s License

2: Card used to purchase

Items will not be released without this.

 

Please Note: If items are not picked up within 7 days, customer refuses the right to get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. 

 

By selecting in-store pick-up, the customer agrees to not issue any charge-backs or disputes against Crown On Boutique.
