Return Policy

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR EXCHANGES. WE DO NOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Crown On Boutique tags attached. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR EXCHANGE WITHOUT A TAG. Any item not received in good condition with odors, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will be notified that they will not receive store credit.
If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING or wearing the items and sending them back, no store credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.
 
Return Instructions:
Items must be sent back to Crown On Boutique within 7 days of the customer having received the package. Only eligible items will be accepted for store credit. If you would like to return an item for store credit, please follow return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facility. We will issue you a store credit once we've received and approved your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire, although you can only use the code once. Store credit only covers original purchase price.
  1. Email us at CrownOnBoutique@Gmail.Com and let us know that you will be making an exchange or wanting store credit, including the following information: Name, Number, and Number Order
  2. Once we acknowledge the return, ship the item back to our facilities using USPS. (3520 W 18th AVE Hialeah, FL 33012 #125) (By using USPS, you will speed the process of your store credit/exchange)
  3. Send us another email after item has shipped with the tracking number. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. (Many times customer’s claim they have returned a package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for our security, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address.) No exceptions!
Please Note: All original taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
 
Defective Item:
All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before we ship it out. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit.
USPS tracking records shows the day the package was delivered to the customer, therefore Crown On Boutique has the authority to turn down store credit/exchange requests if they are past the deadline.
 
Incorrect Item:
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Processing:
When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 2-3 business days to process your store credit/exchange. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an online code via email.
